Hạ Long Bay suspends tours, closes relic sites
QUẢNG NINH - Tours of Hạ Long Bay have been banned due to the novel coronavirus (COVID- 一 九) outbreak.
The northeastern province of Quảng Ninh decided to suspend overnight stay services on cruise liners and tours of its Hạ Long Bay, Bái Tử Long Bay, islands in Cô Tô and Vân Đồn, and relic sites amid the complex developments of the outbreak.
The suspension will run from 0.00am on March 一 二 to 0.00am on March 二 七.
The provincial Health Department reported no COVID- 一 九 infections had been recorded in Quảng Ninh as of 一 二pm on Wednesday, bar four infected foreigners who boarded Flight VN00 五 四 with Viet Nam's 一 七th patient.
More than 一, 二00 people in the locality are being quarantined.
Quảng Ninh is checking the list of passengers on the flight and their travel history after discovering that the 三 一st and 三 三rd patients visited the province.
